staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. also suggested I might be interested in the frequent buyer (?) program, which I did purchase. It would have been nice to have had that offer a few weeks ago when I made a rather large purchase

The online ordering process is easy. Availability is good and shipping is always fast. This time the store manager even delivered our order to our home since he was in the area. Great customer service!

The staff is extremely helpful in directing us rookies to the best solutions for our needs. The staff always greet us in a welcoming manner. The staff is always willing to share information on the different species of our feathered friends.
