Received 5 lbs. free gift for husband's birthday. Also discussed a different suet to stop the cackles from eating the hot pepper suet.

Always a good experience. Pleasant staff, product always locates where it was before, important to some of us, put the thought in early then do not change the layout. Sometimes we want to browse, other times in a hurry and just need food, almost the same each time. If we need different food, we always know where to find it.

I purchased online and did curbside service due to the virus. I called when I arrived, and the salesperson brought out my order and placed it in the back of my car. Great service!!

I really enjoy shopping there because of the great help...they answer questions...explain about products...take your items to the register so you are free to continue shopping unhampered...and they talk birds...often I can be checking out and get involved in what foods or feeders are being used and what variety of birds are attracted to their different yards and setups.

Staff was extremely helpful Staff was interacting positively with a variety of customers. Staff reminded me that my daily savings club had lapsed and helped me renew. Came to pick up a birthday gift, but they offered me an even better opportunity on a closeout item. Staff is always full of good information and very courteous.
