Rotavirus shut down, most stores are closed. I was greeted at my car and offered assistance, then brought into the store. Everyone was super friendly. I was given as much time as I needed to make my selection. I felt well cared for.

During this crazy time, buying on line and having curbside pickup is wonderful. You may have had this before but I never needed it. It made my life so easy and my birds are happy. Thanks so much.

The help and advice was fantastic. Learned my old Nijer seed wouldnt attract goldfinches. Bought new, filled the feeder and the goldfinches are back!

Your product offerings make it very worthwhile for renewing my savings club annual membership. Staff for the most part provide excellent info regarding bird needs and suggestions.....Keep up the great work!!!! 😊

The store is well stocked. Since it is a specialty store, I only see what pertains to wildlife. I have always obtained what I went in to purchase.

Everyone in the store worked together to help me. I can't say it enough. I don't live in that area. I live 5 hours away. When I visit my sister I come to this store. She shops here regularly. One thing I'd like to suggest. I signed up for membership last year and this year. There is free shipping within 100 miles. I live further. Wish I could get free shipping.
