I had a $10 coupon I couldn't find when placing my order. They allowed me to use the honor system and redeemed my coupon (which I later found and disposed of as I promised). Great people to work with.

Even under the quarantine they were very helpful.

I usually go into the store to make a purchase but with the covid-19 I could not. I decided to log into the online store and make my purchase. I decided to get it delivered. I placed my order around 9:00 in the morning and received my order that evening! The service that this store provides is unmatched by anyone. I will continue to support them through these try times. Nice people. Want to support local small businesses. A little expensive, but quality is high with big variety. Really impressed how Dennis helped me over the phone and Jeanette delivered! Small point of order: I wanted her to stay in the car and let me unload, but she insisted on helping lug the heavy bags. I felt distinctly unchivalrous. But much appreciated. I also liked Jeanette’s radio ad.

Wide range of bird food choices. But I live in Richmond, Indiana so coming to you is a problem
