"Bird People" are always happy and helpful, especially around bird things. Even though I picked up my order curbside I answered those questions which pertained to activity inside the store in regard to my previous visits. And speaking of curbside visits, it was a great experience: call in my order, drive to Kettering and have a polite young man put everything in the trunk! Thank you!

I ordered seed for my parents in Cincinnati and Blake actually delivered it to their house and filled the bird feeder for them. My dad is going through chemo, so sitting out on the deck and watching the birds is good for his health/spirit. Because of COVID-19, I don't like my mom going out, so having the seed delivered was a perfect solution. I also had seed delivered to my mom in law in Columbus and she was thrilled to get to feed and watch the birds without having to venture out. Blake went above and beyond and I appreciate him.
