The quality of the products is always great...made well and long lasting. I appreciate that many feeders are warranted. The hot pepper seed has made the squirrels and chipmunks find somewhere else to dine. Therefore they aren't tearing up our feeders now!!

The WBU-Kettering has a family-like staff. I always feel comfortable chatting with them while I pick-up my quality "bird" products. In the many years that I have purchased products there I have never honestly had any problem. Not many places can compare with this great little store.

When I pulled up curbside, it took only a few seconds for someone to come the car. The total time for the order to be placed in my trunk took about five minutes and I was on my way. All this great service and no contact.
