Our clerk was friendy and very helpful. She showed us some things we missed bassed on our interest. She gave us information on concern we had.

Friendly staff, great sales and easy to order over the phone or pop in.

The staff is very friendly and I appreciate that there enough employees to assist me if needed. The staff is also very knowledgeable and seem to really enjoy working there. The store has a great selection and I appreciate that they carry unique gift items and items that are from small businesses instead of big chain stores. I always look forward to visiting the store and I am pleased that they offer to carry my big bags of bird seed to my car for me. When I had a home delivery of bird seed during the COVID shutdown there was a hand-written note thanking me for my business-it was a very personal touch that made me happy. Keep up the amazing work you do there for bird enthusiasts like me!

Good products, good service & nice people!

I won One of the door prizeS at the new store in Huber. I called to see if I could pick it up at the Kettering store since I live south of Dayton, and was told I could. I was waited on right away and given my prize. I like all the WBU stores and will continue to visit this location.

I normally shop at the Springboro shop. This was my first experience at the Far Hills location. I was so impressed with the shop and the employees that I joined the club. I will definitely be shopping at this location from now on.

Upon walking into the store, I was immediately greeted and offered assistance with my shopping experience. I quickly found what I was looking for (and added a new product to purchase to try out), and was able to check out immediately after. The cashier made sure to lookup my account, and helped me get the deal that was available (which essentially allowed me to pick up some free suet). Overall it was a great experience (as always), and I will definitely be back once the birds and squirrels eat up all of the goodies I purchased for them.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed going into the store before COVID. Now we use the curbside pickup. It works out great for us. We are looking forward to going back into the store soon.
