I am a long time customer and have a very good relationship with the manager and staff. They genuinely do care about and advocate for our local native bird population and it shows in their attitudes and demeaner with their customers. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient (when necessary).

The associates were very friendly. As soon as I called they brought my order out to the car and loaded it in the back. My order was perfect.

Walking into the store was such a delight. I instantly felt at home and excited by the merchandise. My foray into bird watching is a new since COVID and I do not feel like I know very much, but I do know I can count on the folks at WBU to help me out. Making my back yard into a small wildbird/squirrel sanctuary has brought me more joy than I can say. THANK YOU!

Everything desired displayed and available, few other customers but was helped promptly.

Every purchase was made without any complications and they carried it out to our car.

I come mainly for bird food, which is always available. I enjoy talking with staff. I greatly appreciate that someone always carries my 20 lb. purchase to my car! Thank you for being there.
