I’ve been shopping at the store for about 10 years and they are always helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect. They had recently been hit by a storm which knocked out their credit card transactions. They handled everything quickly and efficiently, we were not inconvenienced in the least.

I am a multi-decade customer. I always know I can trust the stock, the staff and the supervision of quality in all regards. I am deeply satisfied with being welcomed back over and over like a friend.

I have been a customer in that store for years and I love seeing all the familiar faces. They are all very knowlegable and can usually answer all my questions.

Daphne and Craig did a GREAT job of taking care of me, and my order! Daphne called to offer to deliver the goods to our house, and save on delivery charges for the store. But I chose to come to the store, and Craig got the order delivered to the car right away! And my birds will be THRILLED!!!!!

When I entered the store a bigger young man with dark hair was standing by a large stock of No Mess birdseed and he asked me what I came for and I told him a bag of this seed. I figured since he asked that he would help me by caring it to the register since it is heavy. I went to get something else I needed and saw him walk to the back room. Not sure why he asked me what I needed if he wasn’t going to help me. Anyway. I have always been very happy with all the service I receive at the store just thought that was odd.
