The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and offered suggestions. I am new to feeding and watching birds and she couldn't have been more helpful.

Customer service was outstanding.

Everything was just as described, well packed & shipped quickly. It’s also terrific to be able to get seed for the birds (black oil sunflower seed in this case) that doesn’t have so much plant junk in there to clog up my feeder!

There was nothing about the order I placed to be dissatisfied with. However I was disappointed because the two items I wanted were unavailable.
