I called the store to clarify a question while ordering online, and the staff are tremendously friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff greeted me right away & asked if I needed assistance. I was looking for something specific, so I described it & the employee took me right to those items. While the store did not have the calendar I was looking for (Molly Hashimoto's bird calendar) there was another one that I really liked & I got that one. They are always so friendly & knowledgeable at this location. I like going there.

I called the store after the online order to ask a question and the person who answered was so amazing! She called back to clarify something as well because I was going to stop by. She saved me a trip. And, she put a personal note in my shipped order! It made me smile. You guys are the best! I love coming to this store!

I love the atmosphere (love of birds and desire to help them), the friendliness of the employees, the quality and variety of the merchandise, and the talks by experts that they present occasionally.

As noted, a great selection, and the woman I worked with was great. I probably won't be back in 60 days simply because I only feed birds when it's really cold because we have rat issues, and everything except humming bird feeders attract them.
