I had a clear idea of what I wanted, and I was able to get it without delay or fuss, and the price was good. Only issue was finding me (I have a very common name) in the membership database; that took a couple of minutes even though I had the paper-mail coupon flier from WBU, with my printed name and address as WBU has it, in hand.

The only reason why I more than likely won't be ordering in the next 60 days is that I am now fairly well supplied, and it will take a while for me to get through with what I have. This is not a survey, it is simply patting your self on the back. All of the questions are about stuff that should be for granted and expected. I suspect that you are paying some survey company for this waste of time, money that could be put to better use
