I arrived early, so my order wasn't ready to pick up, but staff immediately started gathering my order. I always enjoy visiting with the staff at my WBU store -- they share their expertise when I have a question (this time I asked about the pine siskin infection) and always are cheerful and smiling...

Employee was very kind and helpful when I called for directions to the store, and was waiting with my order at the ready when I arrived at the storefront. It was an easy and enjoyable curbside pickup process!

The staff is always helpful. They treat like I’m a part of the WBU family. Daphne and Rick stand out. I called the store a couple days after my in store visit. I needed advice on how to handle the salmonella outbreak within my bird community. Rick was very helpful and gave me some sound advice on how to handle the situation. Daphne always greets me warmly and remembers my name. She’s been very helpful over the years, recommending products that I need. I’m grateful for the WBU resources available to me.

I am always greeted in a friendly way and am able to find whatever I need (and usually a few more things too! Haha) it’s always a pleasant visit.
