I enjoy talking with staff who generously share their expertise and enthusiasm.

The staff are always so friendly. They answer any questions I have and make recommendations when I ask.

I had some questions about a new bird feeder and they were highly knowledgeable and and even showed me how to take it apart and to install the bird seed and then close it up. I also signed up for their rewards program and received a wonderful gift!! They offered to help me to the car which was very thoughtful.

I had a thistle feeder tube that was cracked. They replaced the tube free of charged and had it ready for pick up in only a few hours. This is one of reasons that I buy all of my feeders at WBU! Great service and knowledge of all the employees!

The delivery was very fast, and I received what I ordered.
