Staff friendly, knowledgeable, knew where everything was. Store was, as usual, well stocked with everything I needed. Staff was keeping track of the number of customers in the store, which is appreciated.

I had called the store a few weeks ago to ask about their recommendations re bird feeders & the salmonella outbreak. I had read in the newspaper that the recommendation was to take down the feeders until April 1st. Previous to my phone call I looked at the website but saw nothing about salmonella. The person I spoke to said they had a article by one of their ornithologists who did not recommend taking down feeders. Since I wasn’t coming into the store, I asked if she could mail me a copy, which she promptly did. That was so kind!! I really enjoyed the article and the science behind it. Thank you, again!,
