Such a interesting store with wonderful people

The guy that helped me was so knowledgeable and patient. I am new to birds and he did not try to sell me things I don't need. He suggested some basics and then I could always come back if I decided to try something different. It was perfect for me and I did not end up buying things I didn't need unknow to me at the moment. I appreciate the help so much. My neighbor suggested I come here because the staff is extremely helpful and I am so glad I did because it is quite overwhelming walking in and not knowing anything. Many thanks and much appreciation for everything they do!

Product is great. One suggestion, make sure boxes are taped well. One was open.

I always enjoy a trip to the store; it just makes me smile. There are so many great items, both for the birds and gifts for people. I really enjoy watching the eagle cam! Everyone is so friendly and really seem to enjoy what they do. Always makes my day/

I've been coming to this store since it came to Lake Forest Park, and even before that when they were in Edmonds. Daphne is always helpful, knowledgeable, and like an old friend I look forward to seeing. The prices of seed have gone up an awful lot in recent years, and it almost makes this hobby unaffordable. At some point I may have to seek out a source for less expensive seed.

Daphne & Mike (?) were very helpful in replacing a feeder tube for me! Appreciate this store so much & can always find something to learn about!
