Staff are always very friendly and I love the selection of supplies and feeders. I can also rely on staff to answer any of my questions about various back yard bird visitors.

I love the WBU in Bothell/Lake City. They are the nicest, most knowledgeable people about birds and products. I have been shopping there for YEARS and will continue to do so as long as I live in this area. I bought a gorgeous bird bath last weekend that is perfect in my yard. I have given your products as gifts and told many people about WBU!

Staff was very helpful and friendly during a recent visit to purchase an Eliminator feeder. I was most struck by an ensuing phone call about our new Eliminator's broken tube (due to a fall). The staff member immediately offered to replace the tube at no charge and helped with ideas to avoid future falls. Great service!

Every time I come in to this store I feel like I am going to my friends store. Everyone is so helpful and a couple of times I have really needed some help on one of my feeders and they have managed to fix, or get another at no charge. They are also a bundle of fun ...unless the store full of customers...which I understand completely. :-)

I needed 3 different bags of seed, plus cylinders and Bark Butter Bits. Online 2 of the 3 20 lb. bags were unavailable! Yikes!!! I called the store and talked to Rick. He was thankfully willing to make those two bags available for a minute or so to allow my order to select them (because they were low in stock and they wanted to make them available for their regular customers. When he recognized who I was (and that I was home on crutches with a broken ankle and couldn't drive) he was soooo helpful!!! I thanked him, I appreciate everyone at Wild Birds, Daphne is awesome, and all my yard birds are happy! Thank You!!!!!
