The people working in the store are very knowledgeable about wildlife and the products they sell. They are friendly and courteous.

The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable, has a wonderful friendly personality and smiled the whole time I was there. Very patient with me as I checked out at the register a couple of times. I would start to leave then I would see something ore to buy. She even gave me a $5 credit when I decided to buy a beautiful bag for my friend, who was with me is a birthday gift. That was very kind of her and totally unexpected.

I had a specific item in mind, it was in stock and easily found, and checkout was speedy and hassle-free.

All of the staff seems very knowledgeable. And Daphne is the shining star! She is the best!

I was looking for Humming bird feeder, which had a red bottle. This was in stock, so good news. Also, I was looking for a tall pole to hang other feeders for the birds. I found one that will work.

Staff met me with my name and offered to help with getting my purchase out to my car.
