I had multiple questions about bird feeders, the type, how to use them, etc. Even though I had a lot of questions, no one was bothered by them and I ended up getting exactly what I needed.

I love this store and I could just spend lots of money here. Everybody is always so nice and offers to carry my merchandise out to my car which I really appreciate especially when I have heavy bags of bird seed.

This particular franchise is further away from my home than TWO others, yet I still order from and shop at this franchise because the staff is outstanding and because they other WBU franchises that are closer are notorious for bad experiences. The Lake Forest Park staff goes out of their way to ensure that everything is perfect and the people are real and not just aggressive salespeople. They were out of two products that I regularly buy and it has almost no effect on my experience with them since they are so awesome every time I deal with them.... I just order something else until they have their stock back in-house.

My backyard flying friends will only eat WBU seeds and suet!
