All the staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant.

I was about to buy a new tube seed feeder and mentioned the reason why was a broken base. Employee told me all WBU products (mine was) were covered by a lifetime warranty, and gave me a free bag of replacement parts, plus showed me how to fix the problem with the small broken plastic part in the base. Exceptional customer service.

Great staff, helpful, pleasant, readily available to answer questions and help with check out. I just love the whole feel of this store! Always a positive experience.
