The staff are friendly and helpful. They are clearly passionate about the merchandise, you can tell they are all bird lovers who work there for the love of the birds and not just because it’s a job. The selection of products is great, and the staff were able to help me find the best bird food for my feeder and the type of birds I have. It is the only place I ever buy my bird stuff and I have recommended the lake forest park store to several friends. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

I mentioned I had a problem with squirrels eating my suet blocks meant for the birds, and the assistant told me how birds can't taste red hot chili peppers but mammals can (I did not know this), so advised me to get the hot pepper suet. I did so, and have not seen squirrels on it since putting it up a few days ago.
