Clean, well organized store with space to move around. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The product I wanted was in stock and a staff member came immediately to the second cash register when I walked up while the clerk at the first register was busy helping another customer.

Daphne has had to hirer some new staff members this year, and she finds high quality people. Melissa and Chris and great additions to Daphne, Craig, Rick, and Molly. I LOVE this store. The staff and the merchandise is the best!

Staff is super friendly. I enjoy going into the store to see what is new. It is attractively laid out and eye-catching. I love the bird song in the background and the bird videos playing sometimes. It is my favorite shop in my neighborhood.
