I am a member of another store. I went to that store to get a heater for my hummingbird feeder. They did not have any. Period. No discussion, nothing. Then I went online and found the heater company and they listed their dealers with phone numbers so I called Lake Forest Park (I had been a member there in past years when I lived closer to that store). They expected to get a shipment and put me on the list for 2. They were supposed to arrive the next day. The next evening, I got a call from them and they had the feeders and were saving me two. I went there and got them and also rejoined with them and got some other things and spent enough to get a Bird Buck. They had actually saved my previous member points from so long ago. I am happy to be a member there. They act like they WANT my business. It's a bit further away from me but I love the store.

I have shopped here for years. I purchase bird feeders, bird seed, cards, and gifts for family and friends. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have also enjoyed the educational programs offered from time to time.

Daphne and Craig do an excellent job of making each person feel special. They are highly knowledgable about birds and the products that will benefit them. I have and will continue to highly recommend this WBU store to any and all I know that love birds. WBU stands behind their products, because they choose high quality products. If a problem does occur they resolve it in a fast and friendly fashion. Daphne and Craig should be recognized and monetarily rewarded for their superior customer service skills and knowledge. The median income for superior skills like these is around $60k here in the Pacific NW - I hope WBU pays their skilled staff accordingly.

The staff are always prompt and helpful. It is such a pleasant shopping experience.
