Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. Usually I'm greeted when I walk in the door unless they are helping someone else. I appreciate the recommendations that are made. I usually walk out with the mechandise I came for plus something new! I can get help to my car if I'm buying heavy bags of seed. I even told my family to give me gift certificates for gifts. I enjoy chatting with the staff about our birding experiences.

The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It's a great resource for bird lovers looking for product and advice. This store also has some great greeting cards!

Everyone is super friendly, helpful and knows their stuff!! There were enough staff to help with shopping and check out quickly. And, I love the help to the car!!

My local WBU in Lake Forest Park is reliable and provides great customer service, even during a global pandemic. You made having to stay home for most of the last two years more bearable by allowing me to tempt birds (and maybe a squirrel or three) to my yard. Thank you!

The staff person I spoke with was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They did not have what I originally came in for (hummingbird feeder heaters) but gave me valuable input on what else I could do to keep nectar from freezing.
