When I have questions about a product in the store, the staff is able to discuss it with me and give me the confidence to make a good decision.

It was a wonderful experience where we were able to do a lot of planning and the staff suggested additional items that would help us reach our goals without being pushy and we will definitely be coming back to expand our collection.

A friendly, helpful staff. I’ve been shopping at Lake Forest Park WBU for years. I feel like I’m a part of their family. They always have what I need. They’ve been very good about repairing a couple of feeders over the years.

Regrettably I came into the store frustrated, as my beginning efforts to make a bird friendly back yard didn't initially work, but the encouragement, and explanations got me to try again.

I have lived in Cambodia for the past 9 years and before that I moved to downtown Seattle. I have not been in the store for 11 years and yet when I arrived the team remembered me! Not only was the same person there but the fact that she remembered me was astounding. Everyone was chipper, offering to help, and answering questions. Absolutely amazing.
