Good products snd selection. Staff member was quite helpful with my questions. And then showed me a newly arrived product which I liked even better than what was currently on display. He got one of them ready and that's what I bought. I am disabled, and someone always carries my purchase to my car if it's heavy for me.

I love shopping here. Such a pleasant store and the store attendants are always so nice and attentive. I usually only buy suet, so I am in and out quickly, but oftentimes I look around to see what neat stuff they have in. The quality of the bird food is excellent; I would have a riot from our birds if we ran out of peanut butter and jelly suet. My sister was having problems attracting goldfinches to her yard; I told her to buy WBU suet. Now she has the neighbors marveling at the flocks of birds at her feeder. I like the bird bucks; helps takes the sting out of the cost. And I get value out of the membership.

There is a closer WBU store to my house, but I go out of my way to visit the WBU Lake Forest location because the staff is so much friendlier!
