I have been a customer for over 15 years. Iused olive close to the store, but have moved farther away. The staff still knows me by name even though I don't visit often anymore. Great customer service!

I bought a WBU squirrel-proof bird feeder several years ago. The Spring to pop back up after the squirrel gave up on trying to get the bird seed was not working. I asked the staff about how I can fix it. They informed me that WBU will fix any of their feeders that are broken or with problems like our feeder. I brought the feeder in and that had it working good-as-new in about 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly while I waited and I ended up purchasing a laminated NW birdfeeder bird identifier. I love that you stand by your products.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t need help finding what I needed because I always get the same food, but the employee offered her help if I would have any questions. At checkout she was so nice and asked me what kind of birds I get in my yard. These kinds of questions always make me feel very welcome and cared for in the store. Wonderful experience as always!
