Great selection of high quality food and feeders. The staff was friendly. I've gone to this store for years and this has always been the case. I really like the "bird busks" loyalty program.

They feel like family to me now. Everyone is so friendly and always have time to talk to customers about their backyard birds and answer everyone's questions.

The store is warm and inviting the minute you walk in! Daphne greets everyone with a cheerful, genuine ”welcome!” ☺️ Everyone offered help (and holiday beverages and cookies, too!) Melissa wa super helpful and helped me convert a current home bird station setup to a more efficient one. She explained very thoroughly the exact steps to set everything up and it worked perfectly - just like she said. Yay! And the hummingbird feeder warmer she recommended has been a huge bonus during these below freezing days we’re having. Couldn’t be happier with my setup AND the assistance I received at the store. What an all-star team they have! 🥰
