We came in to get help with a broken feeder. Turns out the item is no longer available. So we were given excellent service to find an alternative new system. We had an expensive experience, but should be good for another 10 years now. Our friendly bird expert was as helpful as ever. He tried so hard to come up with a solution to our broken feeder. He is always so helpful and friendly. He is one of the reasons I enjoy visiting your store.
