Staff is always very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They really love birds and want to share what they know and care about their customers as well.

Everyone at the store is always friendly & helpful. If there is something I want Daphne goes the extra mile to find it and order it like fingerless gloves at Christmas time. My girlfriend and I meet there and shop together we always have fun!

I enjoy the store itself. The merchandise is nicely displayed and the range of merchandise is impressive. The staff are all friendly and helpful and able to provide suggestions for whatever you might need.

Gentleman who helped me assisted in reassembling a dismantled hummingbird feeder...including rescrewing a loose screw. Over the top accommodating!! WOW!
