Every visit I make to the lake forest store is wonderful. I walked into that store a year ago curious but afraid of birds and now with the advice and encouragement my backyard bird friends are the best part of my day.

We were assisted by a wonderful sales associate, Sharon. She was knowledgeable about birds, their feeding habits and preferences as well as other backyard animals. We are 100% new to bird baths and feeding but left the store armed with a good basis for beginning our bird journey. We never felt rushed even though we had a huge amount of questions. Sharon made us aware of all the different options for some bird feeders and steered us in the right direction according to our needs. Sharon was awesome; she deserves a bonus and raise!!
