Staff is always kind and helpful, really good selection of items. Wish the prices were a little lower but being a member and coupons help with that.

Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We have enjoyable conversations about our birding experiences and I get suggestions and ideas about things I can do to attract more birds. It's just nice to be in a cozy store that is very comforting.
