always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Store always clean and inviting. There also was a very nice book the store was offering for free that a customer donated - lends it to being very neighborly and personal.

Craig was terrific! There was an error with an original order that I paid for but didn't get delivered. Craig researched it and made it right. he gave me a small gift. Daphne was terrific as well when she helped me when I came into the store. The staff (esp Daphne) are SO knowledgable! I won't go anywhere else. They are like family when I go in. I can ask any question and they always have the right answer. Love this store and the people who work there!!

The only place I will buy seed and suet. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I like that they give talks and have book signings. Great gift selection also.
