Had a coupon for seed but was told couldn’t work plus when I went back to counter they than told me my membership had expired in October but the first clerk never mentioned that, also every time I get this older lady as the checkout she makes mistakes even did when I used a gift card

The phone regularly goes unanswered. The voicemail goes unresponded too. Voicemail mailbox is full. Online orders go unfullfilled until I go into the store and make the purchase in-person. The whole purpose of enabling phone and online interaction is to support remote transactions. This aspect of your business is unsatisfactory. Staff are kind, product and pricing is ok. you fail to staff phones and remote processing repeatedly.

The two men working the register were VERY, VERY slow. We waited twenty minutes in lune to get in the store and there were 15 people waiting behind us. Checkout took way too long!

A frequent customer and always historically impressed...but not lately. Unfriendly employees, when asked for info they seem clueless and out of so much product (like hot butterbark)...and unfortunately I recently highly recommended your store to someone. When they went (a couple days before me) they were ignored, not offered any assistance and had to wait while (apparently) owner was busy chatting with a customer...all while customers backed up. So unlike this store...hope it is a temporary issue of maybe having new employees.

I went to the counter and paid for the items I wanted. When the cashier helping went to load the cart with the seed I purchased she found that the store was out of the product I just purchased. Another clerk was aware the store was out of the item but no sign was placed for customers to see the store was out of that item. Additionally, I had to return to the counter to have the purchased items removed from my credit card. Unfortunately, only one cashier register was working do to a computer issue.
