I think changing $25 for membership is wrong.

It felt a little chaotic in the store. The people behind the cash wrap were trying to have conversations with too many at once instead of focusing on the customer in front of them.

It is becoming way to expensive to feed the birds, your prices keep going higher almost weekly. I will have to stop if it gets any higher

Unorganized staff

The clerk didn’t seem to know how to check us out with a gift card first said the total than said we owed more than the gift we couldn’t figure out what she was doing thought maybe tax hadn’t been added before she told us the total started to pay the difference than the other clerk stepped in and told her that there was a balance on gift card we didn’t owe more. In this process the check out line was backing up. Never had a problem before. Thank you

The need to leave a msg to even speak to someone to place the order then being able to reach someone for puck up when I'm outside

I went to the store specifically in response to the "seed and suet sale." At checkout, I was told the square suet cakes were on sale, but not the suet cylinders I also wanted to buy. That's a really cheesy way to run a sale, and false advertising. No need for that.

Check out was slow and difficult. I did not get a receipt so stopped back in and we realized I did not get my birthday coupon added in. It took a long time to figure out how to do that but came out correct in the end, just took a lot of time.

Your prices have really escalated. The same products are available for 33%-50% less at other vendors

Staff person very rude and abrupt.
