I am highly satisfied. Visiting more often is based on need. The large bag of bird seed lasts me a long time and your store is some distance, but always enjoy visiting in store!!

I was upset that the large birds- egrets and herons made of metal were so completely differently priced Egrets about $60, herons about $90 But they were basically the same bird painted slightly different. Why so much for herons? If they are more popular you are price gouging!

I am a long time customer. Nearly always the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The person who checked me out never made eye contact, was unresponsive to my attempts at pleasantries and seemed distracted. Maybe just a bad day for him, but most unusual for WBU.

The woman taking my order on the phone (I think it was Terry??) seemed to have some problems with the placement of the order - as it was time to give her my payment information, I told her that I had a Bird Buck to redeem and she stated she would have to start over to process the order which made me feel bad. If they need to know whether you will use a Bird Buck or not to process the order, perhaps they should ask when starting to tally the order if you plan to use a Bird Buck for the transaction.

In my opinion 'Highly Satisfied' is reserved for those 'Wow!' moment experiences. While in general terms and with 'broad stroke' vision, the experience may seem like it would rate a 'Highly Satisfied' it falls short in actual, physical use, again IMO. Errors in stocking (No-Melt suet mixed in with regular), lack of efficient express check-out make for a 'Generally Satisfied' experience.

When I arrived at the store I called the number listed to pick up. Although there were employees in the store my call was not answered and I was unable to leave a message because the “mailbox was full” I did end up getting my order by going to the door at the store.

I was told to call when I arrived to pick up my purchase. No one answered the phone and the voice mail was full. Initially, I feared I had driven 45 minutes for nothing. I parked my car and walked to the door and the service from then on was satisfactory. But not particularly apologetic about the phone situation.

The young man loading seeds into my car was not wearing a face mask or gloves. I am okay with no gloves, but he is coming into my space to load the supplies. The employees should be wearing masks if they are coming in contact with us— for their protection and ours.

Visit before last, we mechanically opened the back door of our station wagon and the person, who brought out the bags, jumped up to try and grab the door to force it closed. We intended to close it, mechanically. Our suggestion would be to ask if the driver would like you to close the door. The next visit, we intentionally mentioned that we will open and close the door.
