I went to just get shelled sunflower seeds. Did not know they have been in short supply. They were all out of the 20 pound bags. I just got a 20 pound bag of shelled peanuts and figured the squirrels will not be disappointed to see Plan B in the feeder! The staff apologized for being sold out, and let me now they were hoping for a new shipment on Thursday.

The box arrived beaten up looking and looked like it had been opened and retaped. The bag of seed had been cut in two places and had spilled into the box, though none seemed to be missing.

I love your products but the FedEx delivery has not been good. In fact, my last order has still not been delivered. It’s delivery has been put off till the next day for three days in a row. You might consider DoorDash for local orders during the Pandemic. I miss visiting your store!

There have been some disappointments with the merchandise. For example, the "fly through" seed feeder I bought recently is an interesting idea, but the suspension can be a bit of a problem. I've found that the wire from which the feeder hangs allows the feeder to swing wildly when a larger bird lands on it, which can frighten the bird. A sturdier hanging mechanism would be good.

The wait to checkout, during these times was a little unsettling. We tried to call she'd for curbside puck up, but apparently didnt call enough time ahead.

I received the order and I was charged full price but the order was missing 16 suet cakes--next day the remaining order was received--I had called store the day before regarding the missing suet cakes but no one returned my call.

Not a huge deal, just out of the pepper bark butter. They are always friendly and helpful though!!

I wanted to order online but I need some nuts for my squirrels and I could not order tge mixed nuts, hazelnuts or peanuts in a 2 lb bag.

This was a brief visit to get suet. Little interaction with staff though usually chat more - staff busy with other customers and I didn't need help.
