I receive an email notification informing me that the Bark Butter was 15% off and WBU members receive an additional 5% off the sale price. This additional member discount was not reflected on my receipt and by the time I noticed this, it was too much of a hassle to return to the store to obtain a credit which was a nominal $1.02 but it's more of an issue of principal. Since my membership was already looked up, I would assume that upon check-out, the system would automatically adjust the discount for members. I guess next time I need to make sure all applicable discounts are accounted for before walking out the door.

The staff knows the merchandise and is always willing to assist you. The store is well organized everything is in its place and the store is clean and not overstocked. Everything has a purpose associated with bird feeding g/

The “highly” remark is for above and beyond and the staff at this shop are great and I always get exceptional service so have come to think of it as normal.

The staff seemed a little disorganized. Since they are staff I haven't seen before I'm assuming the seemly disorganization was due to being new to the job.

J’avais oublié mon bon de réduction à la maison et je l’ai dit à l’employé qui a recherché mon nom sur son ordinateur. Comme il m’avait trouvée, j’ai cru un moment qu’il allait pouvoir me donner ma réduction. Mais non! J’ai payé le prix affiché. J’étais pas contente du tout. En cet âge, on devrait pouvoir faire valoir les bon de réduction autrement que sur papier, ce qui économiserait des arbres pour les oiseaux!!!

It has nothing to do with the store. It was my first visit and I didn't see anything in particular that was so compelling to purchase, although I was given good advise from the sales associate.
