It was 25% off filled bag day. Long wait in line due to not enough checkers and one really slow checker

Medium sunflower chips were back ordered when I went in to the store. I ordered and pre paid for the chops and went back to the store to pick them up when I was called by staff that they had come in

The problem I had wasn't a problem with this store but with Wild Birds Unlimited programs in general. I have the discount membership at another location that has been closed and ended up buying it again at this location because they are tied to ownership of the store instead of the company as a whole.

I would like to be able to purchase bird seed and nuts either in bulk or at least in paper bags. You cannot recycle your plastic bags and we need as a society to cut way back on the use of plastic. I put as much as possible into the recycle or compost bins, but am pretty certain that the bulk of the plastic material is never recycled.

I had a coupon for $10.00 off for a purchase of $60 or more, but of course, the seed bags are $56, so unless I bought something I didn’t need, the coupon is useless.

It takes too long to check out. This is the downside of the extra-helpful customer service. sometimes I just need to get seed and go, but you just can’t get in and out in under 15 minutes because the 2 or 3 employees are in deep conversation with other customers and are unavailable for a quick check-out.

We use no-mess blend. There is a lot of powder lately which clogs my feeder. Also pricey.

This was a one item purchase, which I have purchased many time. I did not need staff support.

Peanuts out of shell were unavailable at the Everett store and have been due to, I believe issues with supplier and shipper. Grateful to Lake Forest Park store for the shipment but the peanuts I ordered are not the normal raw peanut pieces but appear to be roasted? and my critters Do Not like them. I understand it's a supplier issue but it's frustrating, I went from having a bonanza of critters to almost no one and just when the baby Douglas squirrels were getting used to me. I'm hoping the next shipment the Everett store gets is the old style. Thank you Lake Forest people, I do appreciate you service.
