Wild Birds Unlimited

Whenever I visit this store the staff always is friendly and knowledgeable about birds and what they are up to in our yard. Often I will notice a behavior with our birds that I am not sure about and the WBU staff usually can explain the reasons for the behavior I am noticing. They always share my excitement about seeing an unusual species of bird and will share pictures of their observations as well.

It is always fun going to the store I consider Daphne and Craig as friends I have been a regular customer for over twenty years

WBU is like a candy store for me! The merchandise is high quality and well designed. So many more treats/things to buy for my yard!! Decent prices. So many options of feeders and bird houses. Great value and selection of quality bird food. The staff? AMAZING!!! Always very knowledgeable. VERY friendly. Daphne, Craig and Rick are like walking birdbooks of info and are always so helpful if I need help or have questions. The classes on Saturday are always informative and worth the drive into town.

It’s the staff. Daphne, Craig, Rick are so well versed in their knowledge about birding and enjoyable to see and talk to. It’s just a very friendly place and fun to come in and shop.

Staff was pleasant. I arrived just before the store was to close and they were as helpful and friendly as can be. Product selection was more than I expected.

Im a club member and a frequent buyer. I have a covey of quail in my yard that I love to watch, the staff are as excited as I am about the bird population

There is a woman named Daphne who helped me get a free bird feeder. She went above and beyond the call of duty and I was just thrilled with her help. WBU's products are always a little pricey, so I don't buy everything from them but if I need hardware, feeders, baths etc, they have the best selection.

First off the staff is super great. Craig, Daphne are real standouts. Super friendly, very knowledgeable. My wife and I were in Friday morning and another gentleman helped us out. We believe his name is Tom (not 100% sure). Anyway very outgoing and helpful. Answered our questions. He knew what he was talking about.
