Evertime I am in the store I recieve stellar customer service. Everyone is knowledgable and friendly. We are new to hosting wildlife at our home so their advice has been so welcomed.

I'm grateful to have a store to go to that has all that I need to keep my birdies and squirrels fat and happy. There are always new things to look at and things that I'll think about and how they'll work in my yard. Thanks for having a well-stocked store!

I’ve learned a lot about birds from staff at this store. Whenever I have a question someone at the store can answer it. Sometimes there is a specific product that will solve my problem.

I attended a talk about the water needs of birds. I had a little difficulty locating the relevant merchandise in the store, but once I did, the staff was knowledgable and helpful.

The lady that was working was super nice! She rang me up, made sure she decorated my bird bucks that I just earned, collected my items for me and offered to walk me to my car. All with a smile on her face.

Staff is always helpful and friendly, and always greet you with a smile. They typically provide a higher level of customer service to assist with help and have vast knowledge of the products or issues a customer might ask.
