Everyone there is a great person and I've never experienced any problems with any staff members there. I've been friends with most of them ever since I began going there when it opened. Each product I've purchased has been great quality, experience, and fun to use. There has not been a problem I've encountered with any product I have bought and if I need any help I always go to Lake Forest Park's Wild Birds. Every time I go I am greeted and am asked if I need help from a staff memeber and I always receive the help I need.

I didn’t know if I was going to find what I needed. I wandered about for a bit and then was asked if I needed help. I explained my problem and with his help found exactly what I needed. I was lucky to get the last two in stock! And it’s working. I was looking for something to catch seed that would let water through. I needed to find a way to keep my yard from turning into a rat hotel. And it’s working.
