The employees are always so friendly and helpful--they are very knowledgeable, but if they don't know they don't fake it, they will refer me to someone else. They also let me know about things (like live meal worms) to expand my offerings without making it feel like they are trying to make a sale--they really care about the birds and my experience. When I came in to purchase binoculars, the staff person (I'm not sure of her name--Claudia?--who is fabulous), unbeknowst to me, left her lunch break to help me because the staff on duty didn't know the binoculars. When I came in about food, they let me know of the upcoming sale, so I purchased enough to get me to the sale and i will be back to buy a lot more! Not only is the food good, I like having small gifts that I can purchase. I prefer this to going to larger stores. It's a bit of a drive to get there, but Lake Forest Park Wild Birds is my go-to store for my birds!

A great store to shop for bird food.

Everyone is always very nice and helpful. I like being able to get my bird feeders repaired rather than having to purchase an entire new one. The quality of the products is great.

I didn't have to wait for help. The clerk new the product. She helped me check out quickly even though she was new and was able to process my online discount code with no problem. I was in/out in a short amount of time which I was hoping for that day.
