Great selection and friendly staff.

I’ve been shopping at this store for many years. The staff is very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions & the bird food is quality is good. Also the club savings program is a great benefit.

I knew what I wanted (seed & suet to last me through the winter), and I knew it was a sale weekend on those items. I got precisely what I was after and got out quickly ... kind of the optimal experience.

We’ve been going to this store since it began in LFP. We are and have been on first name basis with a few of the great staff that work there and have gotten to know them. (You know who you are!) We love the store and all that you offer in products and bird food.

I love the new(ish) look of the store and I have been coming into this store for years - it is wonderful seeing the same friendly faces. It means a lot when people want to stay working in the same store - that is a sign of a good company. I really appreciate the store manager... she is wonderful.

The birdseed did not appear to be infested with indian meal moth (AKA birdseed moth). My last purchase was likely infested. Being busy I didn't fill my feeders this summer and by the time I noticed the first moths, I had larvae spinning their coccoons in my popcorn ceiling and a snowstorm of moths in the living room where the birdseed was stored in a closet. They got a bag and a half of seed. I can't be sure they came from your store. I have never had Indian meal moth infested anything before. I learned a lot about their behaviors. My trap filled and still the moths flew. Now I will be checking the birdseed often. My birds are happy I'm finally feeding them again.

I love the store in Lake Forest Park, Wa! Everything about the store— the staff, and the selection of bird food and supplies is outstanding. I only discovered the store a couple of weeks ago, and the recommendations by Daphne there have proved to increase the activity at my feeders by a lot! Including Goldfinches showing up! I am so impressed with the knowledge of the staff & how efficient & helpful they are. Thank you!
