The store is always organized so I know where to find what I am looking for. If I can't find something, or have questions, the staff is always helpful. I always know that the food products that are offered are of the highest quality - basically no fillers, no cheap substitutes. The animals are the priority.

Wondering around the store, an assistant looked at me and gently asked if they can help. At the check out, friendliness overflowed. Thank you. I will be back again and again, like birds to my suet feeder, as I create my bird-friendly backyard.

Long term relationship with the employees fostered over years of being a customer makes going to the store a pleasure

The manager (Daphne) is so knowledgable, and friendly. She knows most repeat customers by name, and makes people feel welcomed. She is approachable in asking for information, as all of the employees are. I love going to WBU ,probably shopping about every 2-3 weeks for seed etc. It is always a wonderful experience at the WBU Lake Forest Park store.....

You make my birds happy. Always a treat to visit your store.

It's like seeing friends. P.S. The only reason we said it was "highly unlikely" we'd be returning in the next 60 days is that we live a distance away and come in and stock up twice a year during the sales.

I always love coming into your store for the quality of service and products. I will continue to support your local business and encourage others to do so as well. PS. please always continue to do your Saturday seminars! A great way to continue to learn about different species. I would love to see more friendly/focused events.
