The exact gift products i was looking for were there. Had immediate help with shopping and answering questions. the staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff took the time to discuss some questions I had about birds at my feeder. The hand- painted bird ornaments I love were available. All the staff were very friendly.

I found a variety of bird food. I usually bought one brand, but I was introduced to better quality and selection. The price is so reasonable. And, the staff was very helpful in my selecting the right kind of food to buy.

Had to wait a bit of time just to pay for a couple of boxes of suet, but not due to anybody's fault. One cashier was tied up with a customer who was asking innumerable questions, and I had a customer in front of me that had a layaway. I could tell the cashier was anxious to wrap up the transaction in front of me to ring me up, but you can do only what you can do at the time. As soon as my turn came, she was (as always), helpful, efficient and thorough. Always feel good shopping at the store.

I am always greeted when I enter the store. Staff is usually available to help me right away. Staff have made me feel welcome and I know when I return, I will get good advice!
