Every time I’ve visited this WBU location EVERYONE has been very friendly and helpful, no matter what my question are.

The helpful staff. Especially helpful taking to my car large bags of seed. And my backyard birds love seed. I like the feeders I’ve gotten from you.

Quick friendly service. Ample supplies of feeding items. Staff always ready to carry items for customers.

Interacting with Daphne and her team is always a pleasure. They took my wife and I by the hand a few years ago and guided us through our initial and subsequent purchases for our birding needs for our house. It is always a treat to walk into the store because it is ALWAYS a positive experience. Daphne is an outstanding leader at the store and she is always great to talk to and a great teacher.

All the staff/associates were considerate, observant, friendly, articulate and knowledgeable of products. They are and have been patient good listeners. And I am a long time customer who first used their services/products when their store was on Highway Ninety-nine.

Knowledge of the staff and their helpfulness. Especially Daphne. Products are a cut above what other shops sell. It's one of my favorite shops, for sure.

I love the fact that the food turns over quickly; nuts & seeds get rancid so easily so it is comforting that I am feeding fresher food
