The employees are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, ans they know about birds!!! They are always happy to hear of customers' bird experiences, and they know what kinds of bird food to recommend for which birds. Even when they are extremely busy, when they are helping me, I feel like their whole attention is focused on my need or question. That is truly good customer service!

I had questions about feeders and deck appropriately water dishes. The lovely associate I asked for help was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She was extremely helpful and I so appreciated her kindness.

Clerks are friendly, know their products and are able to recommend products according to local bird population. They are very helpful in identifying transient birds migrating through the local area. Wild Birds is a great place to shop!
