Wild Birds Unlimited

There are several WBU stores in the Greater Seattle area. The Lake Forest Park store is not the most conveniently located from my house, but it is by far the friendliest and my preferred store.

Friendly associate interested in my projects. I had her all to myself and she was generous with her assistance.

I ordered my seed and it was carried out for me. I wanted to leave a message for (Daphne?) that the replacement screen she got for our feeder fit perfectly. The clerk knew what I was talking about and said she'd be sure to tell her.

As I stood contemplating which bag of bird seed to buy a friendly staff member asked if I had any questions. I did, and she came up with a good sounding solution to my bird seed problem. I bought a new product and so far it is working well

The staff is EXCEPTIONALLY professional, knowledgeable, and nice. They're so darn likable! Shopping here is consistently enjoyable BECAUSE of them, especially manager Daphne - what a treasure!

I always receive wonderful help at the Lake Forest Park WBU. I was asked if I wanted to join the savings club and it was well explained to me. I did join :) All my questions were answered and I was asked if I needed help out. Always a great experience!

Daphne greeted me by name when I came in. Several people answered my questions. Daphne rung me up quickly, even remembered my last name and I haven't been to the store for a long time...and carried the heavy bag out to my car!
