My wife and I have shopped at Wild Birds Unlimited on multiple occasions. We have been pleased every time. The staff are very helpful and congenial.

I learn something new on every visit and never feel pressured.

Atmosphere of store is friendly. Associates are knowledgeable and make suggestions that answer our questions, fit our needs, and provide solutions to our problems.

Was suggested a mixture block to attract woodpecker. Hugh the feeder came in the house and had the first Pileated woodpecker I've seen at our house so far. Boy that was fast.

I always enjoy visiting WBU

Was able to get the 20-pound bag of sunflower chips I needed, on sale (helpful when retired on fixed income but still trying to help the birds); also, a part that broke on a feeder had purchased there, was replaced with no hassle.

What we want is always in the store. We are club members, and we enjoy receiving discounts. There are many interesting things to look at and consider for purchase.

Quick in and out. Always has the suet we like; we are in the discount system, so that really helps with the expense. This trip I earned Bird Bucks; nice! And I REALLY like the red plastic pouch I got from WBU some time ago to put my Bird Bucks in - that was really smart and VERY helpful to keep track of it! It's always the little stuff that makes a difference.

Been going to this store for many years and will continue to. Knowledge, friendly, good selection.
